SERVICE RATES

Q: Why are there no rates for each service type on your website?

 A: Whether research, writing, or editing, every project is different so we bill per project requirements and deadline. Although we have basic rates for each type of service we offer, these may vary depending on the project. 

INVOICE AND PAYMENT

Q: How can I make payment for services rendered?

A: Direct bank and wire transfers, and checks. You can also pay for our services  through debit or credit cards. We will update this page as more payment options become available. We initiate the service process when we receive an upfront payment, and we deliver the final product to you when we receive the balance. The percentage of the total payment required as upfront can be negotiated but, typically, we request a 50% payment upfront.

DEADLINES

Q: Do you keep to deadlines?

A: We have never missed a deadline. We do not take on projects that we cannot deliver by a given deadline.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Q: Will my information be kept private and confidential?

A: We keep our clients information private and confidential. When we ask for a published review or feedback on our services, you have the option to publish your name or remain anonymous.
